Welcome to Akash Travels World. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or purchasing any travel package or service through us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.(minimum 50% of total cost).

• A booking confirmation will be provided after payment and confirmation from the relevant service provider.

• Full payment must be cleared at least 7 days before the departure date.

• Booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled by customer, but adjustable as per our Cancellation Policy.

2. Pricing & Quotations

• All prices quoted by Akash Travels World are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.

• Prices may vary due to changes in airfare, hotel rates, taxes, currency exchange rates, government charges, fuel surcharges or supplier pricing.

• Unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, prices do not include personal expenses, tips, meals, optional activities, entry fees or other additional expenses.

• We strive to follow the mentioned itinerary, but we reserve the right to modify it due to weather conditions, roadblocks, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances for your safety.

3. Travel Documents

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents are valid and available before travel, including:

• Passport, where applicable

• Government-issued identification

• Visa and permits, where applicable

• Flight/train/bus tickets

• Travel insurance, where applicable

• Any other documents required by the destination or service provider

Akash Travels World may provide visa assistance or documentation guidance where offered, but the final decision to issue or refuse a visa rests with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

4. Flights & Transportation

Flight schedules, routes, fares, baggage allowances and other airline conditions are determined by the respective airline or transportation provider.

Any changes, delays, cancellations or schedule adjustments made by airlines or transportation providers will be subject to their respective policies and applicable terms.

5. Hotels & Accommodation

Hotel accommodation is subject to availability and confirmation.

Hotel room categories, facilities, check-in/check-out times, meal plans, extra beds and other hotel services are governed by the respective hotel's policies.

In some circumstances, accommodation may be changed to a comparable alternative due to availability or operational reasons.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Akash Travels World may modify or rearrange an itinerary when reasonably necessary due to:

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Political or security situations

• Government restrictions

• Transportation disruptions

• Hotel or supplier operational issues

• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

Where possible, we will try to provide a suitable alternative.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

• Provide accurate information during booking.

• Follow applicable laws and regulations.

• Follow airline, hotel, transport and tour-provider rules.

• Arrive on time for scheduled departures, transfers and activities.

• Take care of their personal belongings and travel documents.

• Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicle by the customer will be directly payable by the customer.

Akash Travels World is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the customer or failure to follow applicable travel requirements.

8. Customer Behavior

Any serious misconduct, illegal activity, abusive behavior or conduct that creates a safety risk to other travelers, staff or service providers may result in termination of services.

In such circumstances, refunds, if any, will be subject to the applicable supplier and cancellation policies.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the package, airline, hotel, destination and service provider.

Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated according to the relevant booking terms.

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is recommended for domestic and international travel.

Where travel insurance is not included in a package, customers are responsible for arranging appropriate coverage according to their travel requirements.

11. Force Majeure

Akash Travels World will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, losses or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, war, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen events.

12. Third-Party Service Providers

Certain services included in travel packages may be provided by independent third parties such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators and activity providers.

Their services are subject to their own terms, conditions and policies.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

Akash Travels World will make reasonable efforts to provide the services confirmed in the customer's booking. However, we are not responsible for disruptions, losses or additional expenses arising directly from circumstances controlled by third-party service providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Changes to These Terms

Akash Travels World may update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated version will be published on this website with the revised date.
